Economizer ( ECO )
Economiser or feedwater heater is a mandatory assembly in modern boilers. It can be installed subsequently if the original boiler version does not include it. It is installed in the flue to receive the flue gas heat and transfer it to the feedwater flowing into the boiler. Subject to the type, square footage, number of assemblies, and the flue gas temperature at the firebox outlet, the boiler efficiency can be increased by 3-15%.
We produce all types of economizers. We highlight two standard types
ECO-C
( C stands for coil )
Design:
Low thermal stresses due to symmetrical boiler design
By pass system of flue gases
Main advantages
Increases boiler efficiency
Easy placement on every steam boiler system
Economy of the fuel consumption of the steam boiler system
Medium:
Hot Water
Capacity:
400 to 60,000 kg/h
300 KW to 50 MW
Design Pressure:
up to 40 bar / up to 350 oC
Max. Temperature:
Saturated or Superheated
Type of fuel:
Heavy Fuel Oil
Light fuel Oil
Natural Gas
LPG
Biogas
Biomass
Approval
The ECO-C series is designed according to new PED/EN regulation and approved by Lloyds Register of shipping Holland
