Food oil factory

Sunflower refined cooking oil factory is a production facility where agricultural product oil is extracted from plants to be used as human food and animal feed. A range of physical, chemical, and heat processes result in a ready-made product. There is an array of finished products manufactured in this way, but, in our experience, the most used oils are sunflower, soya, rapeseed, and cottonseed oils. Olive oil, pumpkin seed oil, etc. are manufactured in a similar process whose first part is almost identical with the production of refined oils for mass consumption.

Through the University of Novi Sad, we participated in the projects of almost all sunflower oil and soya been factories in the region (Serbia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, etc.

We highlight:
The first private oil factory in North Macedonia. Due to small financial resources, we designed a factory that had a batch process of 70 t/day. After 10 years, on the basis of our basic engineering, with the same investor, we entered into the construction of a completely new and continuous factory of 150 t/day.
