 Equipment for industrial dedusting is an integral part of every plant where there is a need to separate dust from air or gases in any way. Filters are often used in the production process as a device for separating the finished product. Our experience with filters is not only manufacturing, we have installed them and monitored their exploitation in real operation on large boiler systems that run on biomass and coal.
Depending on the client's requirements, we produce bag filters independently and in cooperation with the well-known boiler manufacturer Living from Slovenia who has appointed us their engineering and equipment sales agency. We offer filters for almost all required capacities, as well as cartridge filters.
In addition, we offer spare parts such as filter bags and cages for filters from other manufacturers.

All types of our filters have a similar working principle. Air or gas with dust enters the filter directly or indirectly, the separation is done on a bag or cartridge, where the dust that falls to the bottom remains. It is usually transported further by a screw conveyor or by gravity.

FILTER BAGS AND CAGES

IKV filters are bigger dry bag type. Are suitable for dust removal of larger quantities of air
(up to 250.000 m³/h).

Dirty air first enters in channel – this mean not directly in housing where filter bags are installed.    Cleaning of dusty air is carried-out while dusty air is passing through bag wall from outside to inside.  Bags are reinforced with cages to avoid collapsing as result of pressure differences. Cleaning of bags is cyclic with compressed air injection through diffusers into bags. It is controlled by an electronic programmer. For dust conveying a screw feeder with attached rotary lock feeder is positioned under filter's funnel. Rotary lock prevents circulation of secondary air into filter.

Main component parts are screwed together.

Bag change is carried out by drawing bags out of filter, from clean filter side without entering in dirty side of filter.

There are single and double IKV filters type.

Double filter type consist of two similar units (left and right) connected together with inlet and outlet channel. Depend of available space, filter dimensions and design of dedusting line, we can use single or double type with the same filtering area.

They can be made of conventional construction steel materials or stainless materials. With the use of special materials, dusty air up to a temperature of 250ºC can be filtered.  

A dry bag filter type FVL is suitable for dust removal of smaller quantities of air (up to 25.000 m³/h).
It operates automatically and has relatively small dimensions.
Dusty air enter through inlet connection in filter funnel.
Cleaning of dusty air is carried out while passing through bag wall from outside to inside.
The cleaning of bags is realised by means of compressed air which is blown-in in impulses.
An electronic programmer with adjustable time intervals activates the solenoid valves, to open compressed air inlets. In order to keep the form during the filtering process, the bags are stretched over a wire cage. Dust which is falling down from the bags during the cleaning process is collected in a hopper from where it is transported by means of a screw conveyor and rotary lock feeder
Assembling and disassembling of bags are carried-out from the filter top without entering
in dirty side of filter.
They can be made of conventional construction steel materials or stainless materials.
With the use of special materials, dusty air up to a temperature of 250ºC can be filtered.

Working technology is the same like on type FVL. This type is without funnel and dust removal system.
Normally is mounted directly on silo, hopper, directly at the source of the dust.
Dust which is falling down from the bags during the cleaning process go directly back in process.

DUST COLLECTOR TYPE IKPF    

IKPF filters are dry cartridge filters.

Suitable for dust removal of larger quantities of air (up to 250.000 m³/h).

Dirty air first enters in channel – this mean not directly in housing where filter cartridges are installed.

Cartridge means a filtering element in which a larger amount of filter material is installed.

The filtering media is made out of special materials and is located in special cage with connecting flange and reiforced bottom. It has has an undulating form which enables a bigger filtering area while having a small and compacted size.

Cleaning of dusty air is carried-out while dusty air is passing through cartridge wall from outside to inside. Cleaning of cartridges is cyclic with compressed air injection.

It is controlled by a electronic programmer. For dust conveying a screw feeder with attached rotary lock feeder is positioned under filter's funnel. Rotary lock prevents circulation of secondary air into filter. Main component parts are screwed together. Cartridges change is carried,  from clean filter side, without entering in dirty side of filter.

PF, FPL filters are dry cartridge type.
Are suitable for dust removal of smaller quantities of air (up to 25.000 m³/h).
The dusty gas is filtered passing it through cartridges.
Cartridge means a filtering element in which a larger amount of filter material is installed.
The filtering media is made out of special materials and is located between the sheet metal covers and the inner perforated base. It has has an undulating form which enables a bigger filtering area while having a small and compacted size.

The cleaning of cartridges is realised by means of compressed air which is blown-in in impulses.
