Presses and shredders
Presses and shredders have been used in production for hundreds of years. The energy crisis gave this equipment a chance to find its application in the processing of green waste, biogas and other potential alternative fuel.
Depending on the client's requirements, we produce some simpler presses and shredders independently or we deliver high-end equipment in cooperation with the well-known presses manufacturer Vincent Corporation. They have been operating since 1931 Florida USA, and we have been appointed as their engineering sales agency.
The biggest problem for the client is choosing the right press, because tests are needed for that. No one can guarantee the parameters of the press without real tests. If you decide for our Vincent Corporation devices, you can forget about that problem.
Vincent has about 240 screw presses in his rental fleet. Most are small 4" and 6" presses which are used for trials and testing. We rent these by the week, with no contract other than a one page form.
Most of overseas rentals are for laboratory CP-4 press. It weighs about 200 kilos and the motor is only 1.1 kW, so it runs off 220 volts single phase power supply. These are great for testing.With the data after the test procedure we can quote a screw press for the customer's anticipated load.
For testing we ask the client to pay the shipping expenses to send the press to and from the test site.
There is no charge for testing if the customer sends sample material for running in their Florida pilot plant.
